The most effective way to avoid moisture to destroy the function of the display is to use it frequently. The working LED display itself will generate some heat, which can evaporate some water vapor, which greatly reduces the possibility of moisture causing short circuit and dead LEDs.

Especially in the rainy season, it is better to switch on the LED display once per week. needs to be on to pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof, engineers and channel operators also need to understand the LED display in the warehouse water treatment.

By completing the above steps, the LED display screen will basically return to normal, but there are also a few things which are important to know:

When the LED displays got water leaked inside:

1, Do not put the water leaked LED display into the flight case, LED lamps will be damaged in high moisture within 72 hours.

2, Dry the flight cases under strong sunshine if they’re soaked by water, in case the water vapor will wet the LED lamps.

3, IF keep the LED display off in high moisture environment for too long time, dead LED lamps will be continuously appear when it’s switched on

Deal with the water leaked LED display carefully:

1, Dry the water in the earliest time, as soon as possible.

2, Switch it on by following the below steps strictly:

（1)White balance 10%, power on 8-12 hours

（2)White balance 30%, power on 8-12 hours

（3)White balance 60%, power on 8-12 hours

（4)White balance 80%, power on 8-12 hours

（5)White balance 100%, power on 8-12 hours
